Its intellectual and professional origins trace back to “Dr. Fadaei Manesh Management Development Foundation” in Iran—an organization with over 30 years of proven experience in empowering managers, developing organizations, and delivering practical solutions for business growth.
This valuable heritage has shaped DrOmid into a forward-thinking consulting and training firm that combines up-to-date knowledge with real-world experience and a results-driven approach. The organization is dedicated to enhancing managerial capabilities, improving organizational performance, and supporting businesses on their journey toward sustainable growth.
We officially began our operations in Oman in 2021 under the name Omid Fadaeimanesh Business Solutions, registered under CR 1389707. Since then, we have been committed to providing high-quality business consulting and training services tailored to the needs of local and regional organizations, drawing on our extensive experience and professional heritage to support sustainable growth, improved performance, and organizational excellence.

We have established a strategic collaboration with Oasis Talent, a leading Omani training and development institute known for its expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and HRM infrastructure solutions. Founded in 2014, Oasis Talent delivers internationally aligned training programs and professional qualifications, supporting workforce development and organizational growth across Oman and the wider region. About the Founder
Dr. Omid Fadaei Manesh holds the following credentials and achievements:
- Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, Belgium
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Carleton University, Canada
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, specialized in Hardware Engineering
- Founder of the Fadaei Manesh Foundation for Management Development
- 30 years of academic and executive experience, including 25 years as CEO and board member
- Instructor for organizations, companies, and the University of Tehran in DBA and MBA programs
- Resident and active economic practitioner in Iran, Oman, and Cyprus
- Researcher in management sciences, focused on adapting management to Iranian culture
- Business consultant and coach, implementing organizational management improvement projects
- Member of the Iranian Writers’ Association and author of 9 research-based books
- Founder and coach of 18 startups and entrepreneurial companies
- Holder of Certified Management Consulting License from the Strategic Vice-Presidency of Iran
- Certified in management from institutions in the UK, Canada, and Belgium
- 10 years of engineering design experience in software, hardware, and control systems
His current activities in Oman span seven key areas:

Supporting technologists and inventors in the commercialization process
